GigaCom has been developing high capacity Point-to-Point (PTP) wireless communication since 1994, with several projects developed in Brazil and in its branch in the USA (GigaCom Wireless, Inc.). Its most recent product is a microwave transmission platform with adjustable capacity between 34 Mbps and 1 Gbps Full Duplex, the TeraLink 2, which is the evolution of its digital microwave radio link of 200 Mbps Full Duplex, the TeraLink ATX-200, totally developed and manufactured in Brazil by GigaCom. The microwave radio links manufactured by GigaCom operate with exclusive microwave radio frequencies licensed by Anatel – National Telecommunication Agency of Brazil – (6,8, 11 and 18 GHz), securing data transmission with the same quality of others technologies purely based on optical fibers, without any transmission speed variation and absolutely no package loss.
